A wedding guest has broken his left leg, broken his arm and injured his wife in a floral wedding in northern British Columbia.RCMP say the couple had been working together in the fields in the town of Port Hope, when a large storm blew through and caused the roof of their home to collapse.
“They were trying to stay dry when they lost their footing,” said Const.

“It’s been quite a dramatic situation, with their lives on the line.”
We’re going to need some help from the public to come forward with information on what’s happening.”RCMP officers say the man is not expected to recover.
He has been transported to hospital for treatment.
The couple was both dressed in floral attire, including a floral knot and a braid tied at the knot.”
She was trying to keep it together, and keep the children in the back,” said her husband, Andrew.”
I was just doing the thing I’m good at and keeping it all together.
“Then we started to have a problem.
We just started to lose the balance and fall down.”‘
You know I’m so grateful for what I’m doing’The couple’s story was caught on camera by CBC’s Newsnight.
They say their son, Andrew, was the one who grabbed them when they fell down.
“He came running out and grabbed me and he was so grateful and he came back and told me I was doing a good job, and I said, ‘You know, you’re the best thing that’s ever happened to me,'” Andrew said.
The couple says they have a plan for their wedding.
“You know what, we’re going out to a restaurant tomorrow, and we’re gonna have a floral party,” Andrew said, adding that his family is also attending.
“Hopefully it’ll all be over before the end of the month.”
The RCMP say they are hoping for a positive outcome for the couple, and for everyone to learn from their experience.
“If there’s any information that you can give to the police that’s helpful to us, please do, because you’re absolutely right,” Bracket said.
